You can view some images and download iges files of my cnc router version 2

I use motors 2+2 from http://motionking.com/
and gecko g540 from http://www.geckodrive.com/product.aspx?i=14469
It is difficult to say how much the machine costs. I payed for every part. I guess that you can make this machine for 2000 - 2500 dollars.
Payment details-stepper motors-

Amount: $215.25 USD

>24HS1442, $33.00/pcs, 2pcs ------------- $66.00
> >23HS8430, $25.00/pcs, 2pcs ------------- $50.00
> >Express Freight Charge --------------------- $89.00
> >PayPal Surcharge (5%)
---------------------$10.25
> >SUM -----------------------------------
$215.25

Attention! This machine is made with a highest precision in some factory in Sweden by my friend who is a very good cnc machinist. I will say that you can not get the same speed and quality if you make your cnc machine at home .

Hello,
I would need the other information, concerning the connection of motors. How have you connect motors to the port DB9?? (What threads on which connections? And how have you connect your card G540?

Also, what software do you use on your computer?

Thank you

Hi, you need to wire negative of power supply to 12 and positive of your power supply to 11 on gecko 540, also you need to attach a E-stop switch to 10 on gecko and the other side of the switch to ground, if u dont have one just wire 10 to 12 on gecko.

Thanks very much, it's perfectly!

Is 7,3A it sufficient??

Also, is it necessary to put a ball bearing at the level of the coupling or then only at the end of ballscrews?

Because, on your version 1, I have the impression that you put it while on the version 2, I don't think.

So, I would like to know.

Thanks

Hello.

Nice work, have a question.

I see you use 4 motors, do you use a 4 axis driver or run two motors from one driver, using a 3 axis setup?

Thanks Roy

Hey buddy,

Do you have the dxf files for your V2. I don't have a CNC machine and I have to make the parts in manual lathe. I'm looking for detail measurement for the parts.

Appreciate your help.

Regards
